High quality Torpedo Aluminium Alloy Spirit Level with high torsion resistant body painted in yellow color. The basic is milled by high accuracy milling machine to guarantee a very good precision on the measurement of plane leveling. The two vials are made by transparent acrylic material. Liquid inside has a high visibility green color and its viscosity can guarantee a very good accuracy of 0.75mm/1m. Vial accuracy is set-up by electronic system. On demand we can use another more precision vials and ensure the accuracy of spirit level to 0.5mm/1m. It is the most high accuracy that you can find in China at the moment. During every production step Vola Jiangxi staff keep under control quality of the components and accuracy of the instrument until the final step before packaging. One of the most important checking is the thermal vial proof (-4°C to +40°C). Color of the spirit level can be change from customer request with a minimum quantity of 2,000pcs calculated on all length.
